We are looking for a Head of Talent & Performance (m/f/d) to build, lead, and scale our global approach to talent and performance. You will shape and execute a global talent and performance strategy that aligns with business priorities and ensures the organization is equipped with the right capabilities - now and in the future. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead global strategies for talent attraction
- Design and run assessment processes to identify and grow talent
- Use employee insights to strengthen engagement, culture, and retention
- Develop performance management that ensures clarity, accountability, and results
- Build strong leaders through targeted assessment and development programs
- Lead a small, dedicated team and together drive strategic projects that make a measurable difference.
